Egg and Cheese on Grands Biscuits

We all woke up starving this morning.  I still had a tube of Grands Biscuits so I decided to make up a batch (8) Egg and Cheese sandwiches.

I love the pin I found on Pinterest about baking eggs in muffin pans. 

 Yes the eggs still look tiny on the Grands size biscuits.  The would be perfect on the regular size biscuits.
