Mum's Pumpkin Bread

I feel like I haven't baked anything in a while, so this morning I am making my Mum's Famous Pumpkin Bread. I am only making one loaf. This recipe doubles very easily.

2 Eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon clove
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Mix eggs, sugar and pumpkin until well blended
3. Mix dry ingredients
4. Alternate mixing wet and dry ingredients
5. Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour to 1 and 1/4 hours
