2 cups cooked chicken
1 cup of salsa, I used Chi Chi's Medium
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1 cup shredded mexican blend cheese
1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
Butter flavored cooking spray
diced tomato, sour cream, avocado, salsa, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix chicken, salsa, cumin, oregano, cheese and onion.
Lay out your 6 tortillas.
Place about 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
Garnish with desired toppings and serve with with yellow or Spanish rice.
