Crock Pot Orange Chicken

I first spotted this recipe on Pinterest.  Here is the original blogger post.

1 1/2 poungs boneless chicken breasts, cut into small chunks
1/3 cup flour
olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbs ketchup
6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate thawed (it equals half a can)
4 tbs brown sugar

In a ziploc bag combine flour and salt.  Add the chicken and shake!

Brown the chicken in a skillet with a little olive oil.  When lightly browned put the chicken pieces into your crock pot.

In a medium bowl combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the chicken.

Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.

I served it with rice and steamed broccoli and it was super yummy!!!!
