Philly Cooking Cream

I keep hearing and seeing commercials about Philly Cooking Cream.  Well yesterday I picked up a tub of the Italian Cheese & Herb.

I didn't go by any sort of recipe last night, I just threw something together and totally forgot to take a picture of it.

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 tub of Philly Italian Cheese & Herb Cooking Cream.
1/2 bag of Baby Spinach
Salt, Pepper and Olive Oil

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and saute' in olive oil over medium high until browned and no longer pink in the center.

Add the tub of Philly Italian Cheese & Herb Cooking Cream and stir until hot until hot and bubbly.  Turn the heat down to low and add 1/2 a bag of Baby Spinach and cover.

Let the spinach wilt down for a few minutes.

I served this with baked potatoes.

Overall it was pretty good.  The sauce tasted fantastic on the potatoes.  I think it would go very well over pasta.

I tried that one too and liked it a lot with pasta. I added veggies (asparagus, carrots, bell peppers, artichokes & tomatoes) and shredded chicken with pasta and it was a HIT! I bet it'd be delicious on potatoes, too! Yum!e

Sounds amazing! I'm so happy you shared your idea using this product. I've picked up the tub at the store and looked at it, but haven't bought any yet...but I plan to. You just cannot go wrong using cream cheese in anything...and having it flavored first? WOW!
