Chicken Italiano

This came from my Fix It and Forget It cookbook.

2 large whole boneless/skinless chicken breasts cut into 3 pieces
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
2 bay leaves
26 oz jar of spaghetti sauce (recipe calls for low sodium)

Plasce chicken in the bottom of the crock pot

Sprinkle seasonings over chicken

Pour sauce over seasoned chicken, stirring to be sure chicken is completely covered

Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 1/2 - 4 hours

Serve over pasta (I am using whole wheat Rotini)
